Feeling a bit rough? This scrub is so quick and easy to make and will leave your skin feeling noticeably softer and silkier and smelling delicious. Nothing will make you look or feel younger than exfoliation! If you have ever been lucky enough to experience a Hamman you will know that feeling of looking ten years younger!
Regular exfoliation can also help prevent clogged pores, resulting in fewer breakouts. Long-term exfoliating can increase collagen production. Collagen is key to glowing, vibrant skin. The protein also promotes skin elasticity, minimising the appearance of fine lines and related sagging. A scrub for exfoliation is paramount for prepping your skin to shave or fake tan, but just for looking and feeling younger it really is the best thing you can do for your skin.

Coconut sugar is the perfect exfoliant, not only because its natural but because it dissolves with water which means no harsh abrasion or left over residue.
Coconut oil helps bolster your skin's protective barrier layer, trapping moisture inside and keeping skin supple and hydrated. Reduces inflammation. Coconut oil has anti-inflammatory properties, making it beneficial for irritated, chafed skin. Increases collagen production.
Cocao butter has fantastic moisturising qualities as it is rich in essential fatty acids that nourish and protect the skin. The butter is able to deliver deep, lasting hydration that doesn't feel greasy or sticky, helping to keep your skin in its natural healthy balance.
Honey is one of nature's most revered skin remedies. Thanks to its antibacterial and antiseptic abilities, it may benefit oily and acne-prone skin. Honey is also a natural humectant, so it helps keep the skin moist but not oily. This is because humectants draw moisture from the skin without replacing it.
Caffeine in coffee grounds has potent antioxidant properties that can help protect the skin from sun damage. It can also increase blood flow, which aids in overall skin health.
