About the Recipe

This soothing balm will soothe away all those bumps and bruises. Less potent than tiger-balm, it gently melts away those pains and sprains naturally. High street versions are full of nasty chemicals, this organic balm will be just as effective but less harmful.

While over-the-counter creams or drugs are taken for pain relief, often their is a natural remedy that is just as effective but safe too. If you create your own muscle rub, you can be reassured that powerful organic ingredients can alleviate pain without causing further harm. Isn't that the point after all?

Some of our balm ingredients you already may have at home such as coconut oil, but blended with essential oils you really are creating a home remedy that you can feel real results from quickly.

Our balm moisturises your skin and soothes aching muscles at the same time, promotes healing and soothes inflammation, among many other health benefits.
