Organic Bakery
We love our bread in Britain and switching your daily staple to organic will taste better, help the environment and safeguard the health of your family. Organic bread uses higher quality grain because the soil is nourished naturally using fewer pesticides and herbicides. The grain used in non-organic is likely to have been treated with weed killers, and worryingly it's often a chemical called “glyphosate’ which has been proved by the WHO as a probable carcinogen, and worryingly increased in British cereals since the announcement. Scary stuff! We have some wonderful bakers in this country making beautiful artisan organic bread in all varieties, sometimes using delicious ancient grains.
